Tamar Science Park offers a wide ranging and comprehensive conferencing solution, set within inspirational surroundings. At the Centre's core is a range of configurable conferencing suites, ranging from our impressive 90 seater Baylis Suite, to numerous meeting rooms that can accommodate 4-20 delegates. Following the opening of our new Phase 4 development we are pleased to add to our impressive portfolio of facilities, a premiere suite in our Drake building which can accomodate 60 delegates and also benefits from flexible room options that can be split into three rooms. Bookings can be made for half or full days in our Baylis or Drake Suites or by the hour in our meeting rooms.

Our conference suites come fully equipped with the latest technology to provide the perfect presentation environment and option of video conferencing; all can be custom configured using any of the following equipment and technical infrastructure:-

Our on-site caterers offer a wide range of high quality finger and fork buffet menus and dishes to suit every budget and palate. We can of course cater for any individual dietary requirement upon request.
