Any changes to my booking must be advised in writing/e-mail at least ten working days prior to the arranged booking. Should you wish to cancel a booking with less than ten working days notice a cancellation charge of 25% of the room hire costs will be applied. Five working days or less a 50% charge and full charge will apply the same day of cancellation.
