Business units within the Science Park range from 83 – 6738 sq ft.
Location within TSP depends on the size of unit required and it is always worth viewing each Phase when units become available.

Business Incubation Units

The incubation units at Tamar Science Park exist to provide start-up businesses with support, information and mentoring.
It is the philosophy of Tamar Science Park to work with, nurture and encourage each business through every step of its growth and development.
Incubation units are located within the Phase 1 and Phase 2 buildings. We would normally expect our clients to 'outgrow' incubation units within four years and take advantage of other appropriately-sized grow on space options within the Tamar Science Park site or beyond. 

Expansion Space

Within Phase 3 and Phase 4, there are units for the established businesses requiring their own visible identities. These units range from 83 sq ft to 6738 sq ft.
