Our entry criteria for the Science Park is based upon a principle that the TSP clients are creating potential commercial output through one or more of the following:-

• the application of innovative thinking
• research and development of new products and services
• the exploitation of intellectual property

Our community also encompasses clients that help us create a supportive business environment, therefore it is not unusual for support services such as legal, human resources, financial etc to be housed on-site.
