Park Site Plan

Central to the growing Derriford knowledge cluster, TSP represents a circa 30 acre site on which three phases of development have now been completed.

Phases 1,2, 3, and Phase 4 are live and operational. The growth of Tamar Science Park is an ongoing process. Each phase brings incredible opportunities not only for the existing companies within the Park, but for those within Plymouth and the immediate sub-region.

Future developments include the completion of Phase 4 and the building out of Phases 5 and 6.
