Following the completion of the Tamar Science Park’s new Phase 4 development we are happy to announce that our new ‘TSP Launch Pad’ rent a desk space is now open. A fully furnished office environment, designed to encourage and support the creation of new knowledge-based businesses providing a prestigious business address to enhance the company’s profile. Providing a private desk unit with secure storage and access to a choice of ICT services as well as a communal meeting room and break-out area. A well positioned multi-purpose facility creating an exciting new hub of activity for the Park.

The all inclusive rental costs help take the uncertainty out of business planning and include many advantages over working from home, such as providing 24/7 access and on-site business support as well as benefiting from the Park's other added value services.

For clients located in the TSP Launch Pad facility within Phase 4, TSP offer a bundled package of ICT Services included in your desk space rental aimed at getting you communicating fast. Once client needs have been discussed and service requirements specified, the ICT QuickStart service ensures you have access to digital communications immediately upon your arrival with no lead time. As a fully managed service, this allows you to concentrate on what you do best - developing and growing your business ideas!

Framework:

£150 plus vat per month in Year 1
£200 plus vat per month in Year 2 (If applicable)
£250 plus vat per month in Year 3 (If applicable)
Formal agreement with a minimum of 3 months occupancy and 1 month deposit
Following initial 3 months there is one month notice required from either party
Direct debit monthly in advance
Zero tolerance to non-payment
